Op het Internationaal Kortfilmfestival Leuven won Kyoko's eerste kortfilm Koffie in Lourdes de Publieksprijs in de categorie Vlaamse Competitie Fictie. Enkele weken later valt de film opnieuw in de prijzen, en wint de prijs voor Beste Kortfilm op het Tournai Ramdam Festival.

At the International Kortfilmfestival Leuven Kyoko's first short film Coffee at Lourdes' won the Audience Award in the Flemish Competition Fiction category!
A couple of weeks later the film wins the Award for Best Shortfilm at the Tournai Ramdam Festival.
